What We Can Help With

What We Cannot Help With
We are not the card issuer. We cannot freeze a card, issue refunds, transfer balances, replace lost cards, or resolve transaction disputes. For those issues, contact the card issuer directly using the phone number printed on the back of your gift card. Common issuer numbers include:

Before You Write to Us
Many common issues are already covered on other pages. If your balance seems wrong, the card might have pending transactions or inactivity fees — our FAQ page explains the most frequent causes. If the balance check itself is not loading, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. A slow internet connection can also cause timeouts — the system needs a stable connection for the full 10-25 seconds it takes to reach the card issuer and return a result. If you have tried these steps and the problem persists, email us with the error message you see and the type of gift card you are checking (Visa, Mastercard, or Vanilla). That helps us diagnose the issue faster.
