This is a free lookup tool for prepaid gift cards. Type in the details printed on your Visa, Mastercard, or Vanilla card, and the site pulls your current balance straight from the issuing bank. The whole thing takes about 20 seconds. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to install.

How the Balance Check Works

After you press Continue, our backend opens an encrypted channel to the issuing bank's inquiry endpoint. The bank replies with your current funds, card status, and any posted transactions. We render that response in your browser and then throw away every piece of card data that was submitted. No logs, no backups, no copies. The entire pipeline uses TLS — the same encryption standard banks and payment processors rely on.

Why It Is Free

This service is provided at no cost to users. We believe that checking your own gift card balance is a basic right, not a premium feature. The site is supported by advertising revenue, which covers hosting and operational costs.

Accuracy and Limitations

The balance shown comes directly from the card issuer and reflects the most recent settled transactions. Pending transactions (purchases made in the last 1-3 days) may not yet be reflected. Authorization holds from gas stations, hotels, or restaurants can temporarily reduce your available balance below the actual remaining funds. If you believe the balance is incorrect, contact the card issuer using the phone number on the back of your card.
